Worst Customer Experience
If could give zero stars, I would. WRONG SIZE jeans were sent, i.e. the error was made from Brag Vintage. Due to the fault of the seller, I wanted to have them pay the postage for the return item in exchange for the correct size, no refund, just the size that had been ordered! Several times I called. No answer, just a mailbox. Calls were not returned. Emails were written. No replies to them either. Please be warned, this is the worst online customer experience ever!

I ordered the wrong size jeans by…
I ordered the wrong size jeans by mistake and returned them. A refund has been authorised two days after me returning them . I have ordered another pair in the correct size which I am happy with. I cannot fault the service I received and will be purchasing from here again .
