This company is a scam. I paid for my order, it never arrived and I tried to ask for a refund. They kept saying they are verifying, after calling several times, and asking a question, they just hung up. Terrible customer service.
I ordered from the Brainmarket.hr site twice, and I had the same experience both times. The product is great, but their handling and shipping is very slow. Saying on their site that the shipping will come in four days is very deceiving.
The website stated that the order via DHL will be delivered in 3-4 days and its now been over a week and the product just shipped to Italy. Company is deceptive in its claims and I wont be purchasing or relying on Brainmarket IT but instead go to trustworthy competitors.
