A great resource, especially for home-base biofeedback

Very pleasing customer experience!
I recently had the chance to replace old sensors with new ones while in the US for a short vacation and Clay was immensely responsive and helpful to ensure I could get the package before I had to return home.
Everything was delivered on time, packaged for a safe trip in my suitcase and it all works perfectly now I'm back in my home country and able to check. I'm very grateful to Clay for his timely assistance in getting everything squared away and helping my family to continue an important treatment.

I was referred to BrainTrainCoach.com for both equipment quality and the level of support in finding the hardware/software. Clay was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. The time that he spent corresponding about the equipment was above what I would expect from most.
So far the equipment and software has been a good fit and purchase. After my initial purchase, I went back to buy the Respiration Belt. Clay and the site is a great resource to have.

I'm so glad someone told me about Alive. My experience has been so good. Continued support(in the USA, responsive, knowledgeable), excellent product. The best graphics available for a clinical grade product. NO better service available. I have had Nexus, Thought Technology, and Alive. ALIVE hands down THE best clinically available unit on the market. They will help you with the process, save you money, and your clients will feel like they are getting a modern intervention.
