Loved the puzzles however it appears that they haven't been cut all the way through. There were a couple pieces I had to finish the cut on. The puzzles are beautifully constructed and very sturdy. Love the images as well!

This is the second 1000 piece puzzle I bought from Hobby Lobby in Brick NJ that has one piece missing! And No, I didn’t loose it either.
Very annoying.

The puzzle I have is super beautiful, colors are just perfect - very bright, somewhere sparkly. I was really suprised how lovely it is. And the pieces are very unique, which make puzzle more challenging. I will definitely buy more puzzles from Brain Tree Games. Love you!

The puzzle has issues.
A lot of the pieces were stuck together still.
There were a lot of pieces that had paper stuck in between the open holes

I bought the "Brain Tree 10 in 1 DecaPuzzle Collection Christmas Series Jigsaw Puzzles 5 x 500 Pieces / 5 x 300 Pieces" Normally I buy Puzzles with at the very least 1000 pcs. But I've been having a hard time finishing bigger projects lately, so I wanted to try these. First the packaging is fantastic! Box was sturdy and had a handle. Each puzzle is in a clear thick zip lock bag with a picture of the puzzle. I completed one the day I bought it and the pieces all fit perfect. The colors were vivid and beautiful. And surprisingly it was just as satisfying to finish a small puzzle as it has always been to finish the large ones.

Pieces are peeling. Pieces are missing. Will try not to buy from here again.

Thank you Brain tree for your beautiful puzzles! Heavy cardboard used in your puzzles makes it easier to fit the peices togethe. I especially love the 1000 PC Christmas puzzles!

Your puzzles have very vibrant colors. We purchased the 10 puzzle kit. The cat puzzle was missing 2 pieces, an edge and an interior. The seal on the bag was intact. Several pieces seem to delaminate easily. But despite a few setbacks, they are enjoyable to do.

Just started a 1000 piece puzzle. Love that it came with the poster and that it was on thicker paper-that helps it from tearing. I live in a 55+ community & we share puzzles. These are nice-thanks!

We were disappointed in this puzzle for a few reasons. 1. Some of the pieces were not cut through completely. 2. The finish on the puzzle makes it very hard to see. And lastly 3. We were missing a piece, new out of the box.
We did enjoy the challenge of the picture itself.

Jigsaw puzzle- 400 pieces- “Cozy Porch”.
Very easy and relaxing! Took me about 2 hours to complete. Scene is busy with everything I love on a summer day.

Just opened and am so excited to build my puzzle!!

Missing 14 pieces of one puzzle that came in Deca Puzzle Collection Christmas Series

Puzzle was missing a piece and I tried calling the number on the website and it's disconnected.

Love the colors and colors he metallic look but the paper was lifting off on some pieces. I want to glue and hang it but it’s ruin now.

The pieces were a bit wanky & odd but liked that. Good solid pieces & stayed together better than any brand I’ve worked. Very nice quality all around plus fun to work!
