Terrible customer service

I canceled a subscription because I wanted to try a different flavor and they sent my order out shortly later…. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel the shipment which they weren’t able to do, which is fine.
I then requested to please return the product and they told me I was not able to do it and I should’ve canceled it sooner.

I’m quite shocked at this level of customer service….and I’ll be sure to never shop with them again and advise anyone I know not to shop either.

Sad situation.
