There’s not much more I can say than what the other reviewers have said. I ordered on November 4, 2022 and received the item on December 20, 2022. The product is fine and the price is OK but not disclosing that they are shipping from China is unacceptable. Like everyone else says, customer service makes no excuse, they just keep sending you the tracking information which is very hard to use. They send a link for Chinapost and when you click on the link, you have to copy and paste the tracking information instead of it automatically entering the information. Never again… What a misnomer…. They should call this company NoBrainWavz… ridiculous!

Do not buy from this site!
Shipping takes forever. And they ship your goods from some place in Asia without informing you first, and doesn't include VAT in their price so you have to pay import fees in your country.

I ended up paying more in import fees than the item cost.
Stay away and save your money from this scam company. just pay from AliExpress, better quality and better service

First order went missing in the post. Paid for 2-5 days shipping but was later informed this actually means 4-10 days!
Requested a refund but was convinced to accept a re-order - this also hasn’t arrived. Requested a refund but was told to contact Royal Mail as my order was held up in a ‘customs check’ (it has been there over 2 weeks). Absolutely terrible service, avoid like the plague.

Should have read the reviews before buying.
Shipment is late. Responses from customer service (Adithya) when contacted lacked any empathy and came across as a "not our problem" culture.
Ordered Nov 1, 3.5 weeks later still not arrived. They blame the shipper but "they" chose to use.
I was told I should contact the shipper (What, why, Huh?) to find out where my package is. Why should I spend my time needs on their problem.
I should have gone with a comparable product from Amazon... at least they have better customer service and return policy.

First, the item took too long to arrive. They are shipped from Singapore through China. They shipped incorrect address to me, with no phone number labeled on my shipment, which made it big problem for me to track it in my country. In the end, I've had to spend money over to the carrier to fix the address issue. I spoke with Brainwavz and they seem they do not care with my problem and they don't want to take responsibility. They just say it is my problem, my carrier problem, and my country problem. Be aware when buying from them.

I should have read the reviews. I genuinely thought I was dealing with a British company. I ordered replacement ear pads for my BOSE headphones. They took a couple of weeks to arrive - I'd forgotten I had ordered them. They are shipped from Singapore - not made clear on the website. And they don't fit my headphones despite claiming that they do. I have complained, but I have zero hope. I should have ordered from Bose even though they were more expensive. I've lost £16 from Brainwavz Audio. Don't make the same mistake as me!

1) I ordered an adhesive floating shelf. probably I should have checked better, but I was not expecting a piece of plastic OBVIOUSLY 3d printed super roughly. As product designer I would use this finish for quick prototypes, not for pieces on sell.
2) Be careful, you might pay unexpected customs duties. I didn’t know the shelf was gonna come from Singapore so at the end I paid basically two times for a quickly printed piece of plastic.

Just order from AliExpress and get the same product for €5 instead of €25 with quicker delivery

Scam. Website doesn't inform about import duties. Also no where does it say products are shipped from CHINA and take AGES to arrive in Europe.

I ordered a Eero mesh wifi wall mount and it specifically said the mount was NOT compatible with Eero 6 which is exactly what I wanted as I have an earlier version of the mesh. After waiting over 3 weeks for the item to arrive the brainwavz have sent me a wall mount that is for the Eero mesh 6! Don't bother ordering from this company as you it will take weeks to arrive and then it will probably be the wrong item.

Bought some ear pads with an adapter, the adapter broke after a few weeks because it's the cheapest/thinnest plastic on earth and now I can't use the earpads.

I was then blamed for it and refused a refund, garbage company and garbage products.

It looked like a good deal, so I ordered replacement Earpads Bose QC15. Received email correspondence about order status. However, it was linked to a 'tracking website' that didn't give me any information about the shipping status. Received order from Singapore after three weeks and had to pay Euro 8.71 customs on a Euro 19.90 order (incl. shipping). If I would've know the final total would be Euro 28.61 I would've not placed the order. Their website is not really transparent about time and additional cost/s. Earpads mounting instructions were good and easy to install. I don't know how long they will last (according to Brainwavz "Made with Premium Materials, Better Than Stock"), but based on my experience with them so far I'm not that hopeful. Could've saved about euro 14 and received better service if I'd ordered on Amazon.

Scam site that should be avoided.

They're overpriced and don't pay taxes through available systems and make you as customer resolve them...

Also shipment is from Singapore and takes well over 3 weeks to arrive..

Ordered a set of earpads Sunday night, off their website, came Tuesday via Amazon. Can't complain about that and great product too.

I placed an order with Brainwavz over 2 months ago, mistakenly believing they were a legitimate retailer that would dispatch the item to me within a reasonable timeframe, such as 1-3 weeks. I wish I’d read these reviews first!

I’ve written to them to complain about the delay and am told it takes time from Hong Kong. Hong Kong!! Folks, save your money and if you have 2-3 months to spare, just head to AliExpress. Because ultimately this is an Ali-type vendor, with non-Ali pricing, shipping out items on the back of a mule.

Luckily my mistake is only worth $25. But to say that I’m disgusted and disgruntled is an understatement! Avoid Brainwavz Audio like the plague.

UPDATE: 9 weeks after placing my order it has arrived. I’ve adjusted the rating and title to reflect that reality that while the shipping is deceptively and brutally slow, I did receive my order and it was well packaged.

Ordered replacement earpads then read the reviews. I was horrified and immediately thought I'd wasted my money. Non-delivery and fraudsters were common comments. However I was pleasantly surprised. Brainwavz processed my order on receiving it and the product arrived the following day and it was tracked all the way. So, I can't fault the service or the product and I now wonder why so many have had a bad experience.

Ordered 3 months ago, no delivery.

Scam company

They lie to get your money saying 3 day delivery and UK Stock.

Then ship your items from China with no explanation.

You're just expected to deal with a month or longer delivery date. Zero communication.

Total fraudsters.

J'ai passé commande le 18 janvier 2022 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande depuis et le service client répond toujours la même chose que des blabla niveau covid

I placed an order on January 18, 2022 and I still have not received my order since and the customer service always answers the same thing that blabla level covid

I ordered a pair of Bose ear plugs. They have been shipped to Switzerland. It never arrived and according to the shipping status it has been sent back. Nobody has ever informed me.
When i asked a few months later the status, Brainwavz asked me to pay again the shipping charges. We do have our own online business. And shipping issues are part of the company's responsibility and not just pushing it to the customer.

Paid 22.16 euro for a pair of headset ear pads, but had to pay over double the price to taxes. The fact that they didnt notified me before buying is very scummy.
