I can`t cancel or even properly contact anyone about!!!

They promise personalized brain insights, but what you get is generic nonsense and a subscription silently charging your card again and again.

Customer support ignores all refund requests while continuing to charge monthly; feels like shouting into a void while losing more money every week.

Brainwiki is toxic. It drains time, energy and money. The games are shallow. the analytics fake, and thew customer support completely nonexistent.

Total scam. They even show Trustpilot on their website with 5 stars! (at least I see it on the signup sheet they presented me) AND supposedly some glowing reviews. ha. probably some of the owners writing those reviews. Anyway a huge waste of time and they plain lie about giving you free results. scam scam scam (like the other IQ test sites !!)

The worst part is how manipulative it feels. Brainwiki hides terms, fakes science and exploits user trust. It`s not training - it`s theft in disuise.

Brainwiki`s adaptive training is broken. Every session repeats the same shallow tasks. Paying for this service feels like burning money for nothing.

Got snagged $1 then 24.99. I have been trying to find information on person running it and address. Maybe we can get police or government involved. If not maybe a collector.

JUST LIKE MANY OTHERS I TOOK THE BAIT FOR A $1 test and got charged $24.99 the next day. THEY OUGHT TO BE SHUT DOWN for FRAUD

Brainwiki ruined my trust. They make you think you’re improving, but it’s just fake charts, hidden fees, and a business model built on user deception.

Brainwiki should be ashamed. They prey on people seeking growth, offering fake science, manipulative tricks, and abusive billing. It’s deeply unethical.

If I could give a negative star, I would-I took the one dollar IQ test and overnight before I woke up they had billed me 24.99-I have called at least four or five times and emailed them numerous times each time being told that my subscription was canceled and my refund would be sent within 3 to 5 days-I called yesterday and I was told my subscription was canceled and my refund would be sent within 3 to 5 days

Do not give them any money-it’s a total scam and I am contacting my bank for fraud

I signed up out of curiosity and regret it deeply. Brainwiki is boring, deceptive, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. It’s nothing but false promises.

Cancelation process is deliberately complicated. They make it nearly impossible to stop charges, leaving you stuck paying for garbage content.

I wanted to sharpen my brain but instead sharpened my anger. Delivers recycled puzzles, fake analytics, and a subscription trap you can’t escape.
