DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They just keep charging your credit card month after month. I had to report them as fraud to my card company in order for the charges to stop.

Placed an order on May 28, still no email containing the shipping information. Tried emailing them more than 5 times to two different email addresses, direct-messaging them through instagram, commenting on their instagram post, but still NO REPLY.

Order shipped late, no reply to emails
Placed an order for a power pack on March 1st and haven't received it, nor have I received a tracking number. Sent 3 - 4 emails to two different company email addresses (specified on their shopify page) asking for an update but never received a response, not even once. Tried contacting business owner directly via his FB page; no response either. Buyer beware. Will try and update this review if things change.
EDIT 1: received the pills yesterday, 12 days later, even though I chose 1-2 days shipping at checkout. Still no communication from them and never received a tracking number. An explanation for the delay could perhaps increase my confidence for future re-ordering. Upping to 2 stars for now.

Bad customer service
I guess i should have seen it coming, because their customer service e-mail, is a Gmail account. I ordered their product and never received it. When i confronted their customer service about the problem, they answered me once and then started to ignore my emails. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
