The parts were delivered on time and are of good quality. Unfortunately one part was incorrect (different part number sent in error). A quick email resolved the issue, with a replacement being sent immediately. Overall an excellent service ghat I will have no hesitation using again in future.

Easy to order, correct parts and fast delivery
Easy to order and this was the only company that actually displayed the actual brake parts correctly for my wife's car, since it had drum on rears, but all other sites only displayed disc for front and rear, parts turned up, fitted, happy customer.

This won't be the last time I visit their site.
The only fly wasn't their fault, it was the couriers (DX). Rather than the parts arriving on the Friday I suspect they were held until a van was down my way anyway and I got them on the Monday instead.

Ordered late in the day for an early delivery, they got it dispatched to the courier no worries. Next day, the courier is completely unresponsive and misses the delivery deadline, it was no trouble getting in touch and getting a delivery refund. They were a pleasure to deal with
