5 weeks for expedition is too much long, but the online customer service is 5 stars!

Poor customer service response. Product was listed in stock at supplier and shipping address was in same country as supplier, yet still took 5 weeks for item to be shipped.

Edit: during the correspondence after ordering, I was told that it was in stock and that it was being shipped from their supplier, but when I replied noting the assumption that it would be dropshipped and the possibility of recieving it sooner than what the website stated, I was never corrected on that, much less after several follow ups, r ever received a reply back.

The order was processed as promised. After receiving the goods, there was a problem not caused by the store, I immediately wrote an email and the reaction of the store was almost immediate, resolved immediately and the next day the right goods were on the way. The store left me feeling very good, they really take care of the customer, as soon as I need to, I will definitely contact this store. TL;DR - '17 Golf GTI Performance Pack. Have the (slotted) brakes for 10 months now, been out on Zandvoort and Nurburgring, and of course every day driving, brakes have been fantastic! Highly recommended.

I was due a brake change (fluid, discs and pads) went to VW, they charged an arm and a leg, so I decided to go aftermarket. I wanted something with a little more oomph, because I like using my car for what it was made for :)

After some Googling and YouTubing, as well as talking to some of the car rental places at The Ring, I decided on StopTech - Slotted discs front and back, Sport pads and APP 660 Brake Fluid.

Brakes-Shop had really good pricing and speedy delivery.

Recently, on top of this, I needed new pads two days before heading to the Ring. I gave Brakes-Shop a call and Martin managed to arrange for RingFreaks to change my brakes at the Ring as no one had stock. Really went out of his way to make my first Ring track day for 2021 happen.

Overall, customer service and products have been excellent, 10/10.

Great brake kits for a nice price

It is simple. All is ok, no problem.

Got StopTech ST40 355 kit for great price. Customer service was excellent with quick email responses for all my questions. Kit was delivered in 3 working days (Slovenia). All in all, great experience.

The StopTech pads ordered were listed as a direct fitment for RS3 SB 8V. The wear indicator connectors were inverted. My mechanic had to spend time cutting wires etcetera which I had to cover. The pads would have been direct fit for the B7 RS4 according to the mechanic.
