Complaint

I am writing to you because I have a complaint for this location: 1171 N. Greenville Avenue
Allen, TX 7502
Yesterday I called this location for full synthetic oil change the general manager answered the phone ☎️ and he told me the price for full synthetic oil change is $77.99 plus disposal fee and taxes will be $106.00 and I said ok is that a final price he said Yes and I made an appointment for today. But here the issue today I went over there and general manager told me your final price would be $132.00 I was really shocked and disappointed, I was really upset and trying to leave this store but he told me what can I do for you to make you happy? I told him just to be honest with me with your prices and I have been coming this store long time ago. Finally he gave me the yesterday price which is $106.00. Come on man you’re a general manager for this store don’t try to cheat customers.
