So I called the day before to set an…

So I called the day before to set an appointment for the next day for 9am I was on time sat and wait for an hr and a half car still wasn’t touched I told the guy I can’t wait anymore he said he can set it for midday I said fine came in at midday and minutes later they started another car and ignored mine. They are so rude and unprofessional
