Their coupons are meaningless
I had a coupon from your website for $20 off an oil change. The coupon even said 72.99 for an oil change with synthetic oil. When I went to pay i was told the price was 94.81. I asked about the coupon and told the $20 discount was applied to the original total of 114.81. When I question why i didn't get the price stated on the coupon, I was told the oil filter was $20 extra. I showed him that the coupon clearly stated the filter was included. He then said that there was labor cost. I said the published price for an oil change always includes labor anywhere else you go, otherwise it wouldn't be called an oil change, it would be called oil for sale. He then said with gas prices going up, oil prices are up. That is true but why then publish a coupon with a stated price that you dont intend to honor? I won't be back and I would tell others to verify up front if you will get the price on the coupon before authorizing any work.
