Walter the manager at this location cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to treat you right. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. This was my sons first time getting work done his car and Walter treated him great. They made a customer for life
My daughter needed brake service desperately. I am in another state but thanks to Alex, he was able to make the repairs and within my budget. I highly recommend this location for all your service needs!
I have been going to the Brakes Plus in Dallas at 4212 N Central Expressway for probably 20 years. Long before it was a Brakes Plus. I keep going back for the customer service. Joe bats it out of the park every time! I always recommend this location and this team to anyone in need of car repairs, an inspection, general maintance - all of it!
