I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Brakes Plus on Blue Mound Road, especially the manager Joshua Edwards, for their outstanding customer service and willingness to help.
My cousin recently moved to Texas from out of state and had just received her new Texas license plates. However, her vehicle did not have a front license plate bracket, and we did not have the tools needed to install one. We stopped by Brakes Plus to see if they could assist us. Although installing a license plate bracket is not a service they normally provide, the manager took the time to help. He recommended that we purchase a license plate holder and invited us to return once we had it, assuring us that he would help us install it.
What impressed me most was his kindness and genuine desire to help someone who was new to the state feel welcomed and supported. This was a simple act of generosity, but it made a big difference. The entire team was friendly, professional, and eager to assist.
