I brought my car there for oil change and tune up on June 25, 2026. From the time I entered the store until I left it was a very pleasant experience. Both Jacob and Chris, the manager, provided great customer service from start to finish. The waiting area was nice, cool, and clean. I will definitely return for future services.

Friendly, helpful, professional, and honest. I walked away a little more educated about my truck.
I am very glad this shop is in my neighborhood.

Chris and his team are remarkable
Chris and his team are remarkable. Even though I have a warranty on my van, I take my van to Chris to get it checked out and diagnosed before stepping foot on the dealership lot. They give me confidence in heading to the dealership to let them know what is wrong with the vehicle. I trust Chris and his team ALWAYS and for everything! They are in it for the customer and I admire their honesty. My oldest even goes to BP in Highland Village for everything with her car. I look forward to all experiences I encounter with the team at BP Highland Village. A sincere “Thank you!”

Highland Village shop rocks!
I visited the store in Highland Village and Cris and his crew were awesome! Cris listened to what I was looking for and he delivered exactly that. He even flushed the brake fluid as a courtesy at no charge! That is customer service worth acknowledging! Definitely go see Cris and his crew for your brakes!
