I didn’t have an appointment

I didn’t have an appointment. I just drove up at 4:30 cause I thought my car was close to overheating. A nice guy came out and looked over my engine. He explained to me some things about my car engine. And basically assured me that I would be fine to drive home. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was like 50’s salt and pepper long beard. He didn’t charge me, he didn’t accept money when I offered to pay him for his time. I will be making all my appointments at a Brakes Plus from now on.
