Yesterday I decided to make a an…

Yesterday I decided to make a an appointment for today at 1 pm, I gave them my car at 1 pm and they said they will call when done, I decided to come back at 3:15 and when I arrived nothing has been done, and throughout this they decided to not even apologize, I had to wait 15 minutes just for one of them to come, none of them were busy at all and still decided not to come help me, they didn’t even do my oil change or even my wipers, they just decided to say they were busy and just told me have a good day and not do anything at all.
