Same day brake pad repair!

Jim took my call about needing brake pads replaced and was able to schedule a same day appointment on a Saturday. I don't know if this availability is normal for this store, but it wasn't busy on this Saturday. Robert was the technician that performed the inspection and replaced my brake pads. It took about an hour and a half or so, and I was on my way. I received friendly service, honest discussion about what the car does and doesn't need, and a good price for everything. I will be returning to this store for future car maintenance. Thanks Jim and Robert!
