When I hadn’t even received a tracking number after a week following my order, I contacted their Facebook. Almost a week later I finally received my swim shorts.

The responses I got via e-mail and Messenger were nonchalant and didn’t seem to care.

I would not recommend shopping here at all, which is a shame as the products seemed ok. There are a lot of others providing similar style swim shorts, who actually care about their customers. Choose them instead.

I haven't received the good I have bought, neither any information about the whereabouts of my purchase! No information whatsoever, Thught maybe the www was a spam..... /AJ Larnelius

Bought a pair of watermelon swimshorts, Love them!

I ordered my Brallor (on a Sunday) over a week before I was going on vacation thinking I had plenty of time to receive my purchase. However, After a couple of days I e-mailed customer service in regards to my order (a Thursday) because I never received a shipping confirmation from Brallor to which they replied it was mailed the day before (a Wednesday) and should arrive the latest by Friday. I never received it and e-mailed customer service once again that weekend where I received a reply on the following Monday saying that their system had a malfunction of some sort and that my package was never sent. I even tried to call the customer service number from the email conversation where I had to wait on hold for 5 minutes followed by a "hello.." from someone who was asleep in the US, very unprofessional. That's over a week after I placed my order and being in contact with them earlier. They made me go to their warehouse to pick it up myself and I even had to deal with them for a discount for the troubles. It is also obvious that they purchase the swimwear cheap from China and put their logo on it to look fancy. Not pleased at all with how they handled my order nor the quality of the swimwear for the price they charge.

I got my Brallor in 2 days. I even ordered the wrong colour but with just an email they helped me with the colour I wanted.

Amazing quality with fun and good looking patterns, big plus for the waterproof delivery bag u get with your order. I have my wallet and mobile phone in it all time when at the beach!

My honest review of Brallor shorts:

I bought a pair of "Ice Cream" shorts, for my yearly vacation to Thailand. Really like them, they dry quick, which is something that otherwise annoys me when I use swimshorts.

Would recommend them!

Good quality, sick designs that really brings out some swedish classics, superb customer service and quick delivery!

If you want to look good on the beach during the summer then Brallor is a must!
