Terrible outfit to deal with
Ordered frypan cost over £100, arrived with the bottom badly buckled. Despite many emails they refuse to collect and refund,or even answer emails!
Its now with my legal dept.

Worst experience
Worst experience. Ordered a 14" frypan,was quick to deliver,(it cost £107) however it had a warped base,which became worse on gentle heating. As such it was of no use. However they refuse to collect and refund with very poor email response

I ordered 2 frying pans but only one…
I ordered 2 frying pans but only one was delivered. When I tried to complain I could not get any answer over the phone, only the promise of a call back. I then tried the so called chat line. sent in my complain, once again, no reply.
I also sent the complaint in by email . Again, still no reply.

Never in all my life have I dealt with…
Never in all my life have I dealt with such a strange company, ordered an item 20/01/2024 never heard a thing for 2 days so I enquired as to what was happening to be told and I have email it has been picked and packed ready for dispatch that day or almost certainly the next which came and went still no dispatch so I enquired again to be told same thing would be definitely be dispatched today guess what it never happened, I eventually found out that the item was coming from a third party supplier and was out of stock, why wasn't I told this in the first place instead of telling me a lot of lies about being dispatched next day, sorry will never buy from you again. Incidentally there is still no tracking information despite them sending it to me eventually on 24/01/2024

An immediate order acknowledgement was sent to you via email. Your order was processed on Tuesday 21st with an immediate response to your enquiry on Tuesday 21st & Wednesday 22nd explaining the progress of your order to the best of our knowledge. I must emphasise there was no words of “definite” used within any correspondence. With shipping estimated 2-3 working days, we informed of a short delay, meaning your order was dispatched on Friday morning (24th). Tracking information was sent via email and also fulfilled on PayPal. Full evidence of correspondence is on system and tracking information is clear to see.
We have reviewed all correspondence and we can see that information relayed to you was accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Complaint ignored…
I wrote and sent an email regarding this purchase, but have not had the courtesy of a reply.
