Placed my order through the website
Placed my order through the website. Easy to use and place order. As I had left an item in cart they emailed me with a discount which was nice. Item hadn’t been dispatched in a few days so I contacted to ask estimate date. Once they looked into my order they realised I was in Northern Ireland and automatically refunded my order. Reason being they don’t deliver to Ireland however I am located in Northern Ireland and website allowed me to place my order without issue. Refund received instantly however minor adjustments to website would be welcomed.

Prompt service - Fantastic Diffuser sticks.
Fast delivery and efficient service. The Chalk diffuser sticks in Lime and Herb are incredibly effective - the scent from my last one was going strong even after 6 months but still clean and refreshing.
