Is this an honest company?
I bought a pair of Germanium earrings from the company named above on line on September 19th this year. The earrings were about 10 days late in arriving and I had various excuses from this company as to why that was! Eventually they arrived. Not as nice as I thought they would be and very difficult to put on. However, that was not my main problem. My total bill including £2.99 for delivery but no taxes was £28.76 but this company took £34.51 from my bank! No explanation for this so I emailed asking for a refund for the difference straight away. It is now October 6th and in spite of me emailing this company many many times about this I have still not received the refund for the difference in cost. I have had emails from more than SIX different ‘customer care’ people but still no refund just excuses and FOUR requests for proof of my actual purchase!! I certainly would not recommend anyone making a purchase from this company as I believe they are not an honest or trustworthy company. It is now October 6th and I have not received the money they owe me for the extra they took on September 19th.
All I can add is Buyer beware!
