At Branch, we make it easy for people and teams to build a beautiful workspace where you can feel and work your best. When it comes to high-quality office furniture, the issue is middlemen. Buying from traditional furniture dealers means navigating unclear pricing, complicated options, and markups up to 50%. There’s also no way for your office to adapt as your team grows: your furniture, your problem. That’s why we founded Branch: to make it easy for people and teams to create inspiring offices. We sell direct, so our collection costs half as much as premium furniture of comparable quality, and design our products with your well-being and work day in mind. If you're a team, we provide end-to-end service: space design, delivery, white glove installation, even the ability to trade in used furniture when you move or grow. We believe it’s a better approach to the way we work today.

Excellent Customer Service
I own an Ergonomic Chair from Branch Furniture. I spilled something on the seat cushion and needed to get it replaced. I contacted Branch customer support and Austin J returned my message promptly. Not only did they offer to replace the cushion, they also shipped it to me for free!
This was one of the best customer experiences I have had with a brand in many years.
Thanks Branch! Thanks, Austin! I will definitely be doing business with you again.
High Quality Product & Customer Service
I work from home and have quite a few hobbies that require sitting at my desk for extended periods of time. After using Branch's ergonomic chair every day for months, I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied.
The chair was very easy to assemble and the cushion has plenty of padding to ensure you are comfortable throughout the day. The price of the chair is actually in line with what I've recently seen at many department stores, but it is far superior in terms of quality.
Should you need to contact customer service for anything, they are very reasonable and quick to respond. They went above and beyond to remedy a situation I had from shipping and have exceeded my expectations.
If you're in the market for a new chair, I'd highly recommend giving Branch a try.
I purchased an Ergonomic Office Chair that was not as advertised.
I purchased an Ergonomic Office Chair from Branch Furniture. This was a highly advertised Ergonomic Office Chair; they heavily advertised it on facebook. I should have checked Trustpilot first. What people are describing with issues with this chair from this company are true. The arms of the chair were so hard; it gave me a sore elbow; my husband immediately said the seat was too hard. I sat on it a few days and indeed that is true. I have nerve damage in my lower back which effects the area you sit on. The depth of the seat was also very long; designed more for a man than women. I was at the limit for making things least on all the adjustments.
There was no way I could sit on this chair long term. This chair was definitely not as advertised. It was advertised as this incredibly ergonomic designed chair. This chair sadly failed on multiple levels. This company made me pay the return shipping; I felt that was very unfair considering the quality of this chair I received and the way this chair was advertised as being so ergonomically wonderful.

Review Update
After my initial review, the company has done the right thing and supported their product. While I don't think it should have taken these measures to get the correct response, the outcome is very satisfactory.
Previous review
I purchased an Ergonomic chair on 2/28. After shipping time, I have owned the chair for a little over 2 weeks. I just moved into a new home, and have sat in the chair for probably 20 hours over the course of those weeks.
Noticed that the threads are pulling on the seat. I have been told via email that this is not covered. Apparently they think I am sitting on it with pants covered in razorblades or run an animal shelter, not sure. Just seems very cheap to show this kind of wear in a chair that is barely even broke in.

Stay away from Branch Furniture
The Branch Ergonomic Chair arm rests are hard as bricks, extremely uncomfortable. They do not stand behind their product and know how to keep a customer happy, they simply encourage you to return it at your own shipping cost. For such a heavy item it is cost prohibitive. Will never do business with them again

Cheaply built, armrest rattles non stop, terrible customer service
I purchased the 'Ergonomic Chair' based on all the great features they talk about on their website. And in all fairness, the chair is quite comfortable but it seems extremely cheaply built. Armrests rattle all the time even when they are supposed to be locked in position. There is only 1 bolt that secures them in place whereas one their competitors (Risedesk) uses 3 bolts for each armrest.
I also ordered the headrest to go with my chair and that arrived damaged and without the screws. I contacted their support and this is where it went all downhill for me. Their customer service was abysmal. The person I talked to was very unhelpful and instead of apologizing for the damaged product and offering to send a replacement right away, (s)he directed me to this horrible online form to fill out and go through their claim process like I am dealing with government red tape or something.
In the end I decided to return the chair instead of dealing with them. They charge $35 for returns even though pretty much all of their competitors have free 30 day returns.
It seems like such a missed opportunity because I think they have a potentially very good product in their hands. Very good ideas but so badly and cheaply executed. Customer service is another layer of this unfortunate series of events that need to be fixed.

Items cost hundreds of dollars but they…
Items cost hundreds of dollars but they ship packages with no signature requirement, so they never arrive and there is nothing you can do. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars because they don't care about shipping responsibly.
