Great prices and all turned up only downside is parka coat is very heavy but addias socks for £3.99 bargain and bag only 9.99 great prices and all looks nice so as long as they wear OK will defo order again

I have to say was a bit sceptical, when I purchased a winter jacket for my son , only cost £23, I would have thought to have paid at leadt £60 to £100 for the quality was superb, Great quality fast delivery, 3 days, no extortionate postage fee, I will definitely be using them again plenty of bargains at top quality and great price can not fault them

I received my order from Brand x . It was a box of branded underwear to be gifted as a Christmas present . Unfortunately the box it was in was extremely damaged and I now can’t gift as it looks terrible . I contacted the company to let them know and I asked to return and get a replacement. Sadly I have to pay to return it and they said it was the Postal system that had damaged in transit . Every other item I have received via Royal Mail however small or big has been in perfect condition.
So my advice would be to not bother ordering boxed items from brand x .
They were not helpful and I feel not a successful shopping experience or resolution

I recently bought a pair of trainers intended as a Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter. In the meantime, my daughter used her own money to purchase herself some trainers so I duly sent the trainers back (no mention of returns timescale on the sales invoice). I received a curt email informing me that the trainers were returned outside the 14 day window and so would not be refunded or exchanged but immediately sent back to me. The sales assistant who I was in contact with was intransigent and offered no alternative to me now being the owner of a pair of trainers I no longer needed. There’s obviously a reason why prices are so cheap - abysmal customer service!

Great prices but the quality is shocking. Bought a pair of Timberland boots, wore a couple of times but noticed a split on top of the boot. Refused refund due to 'general wear and tear' - after wearing them twice!?!!

Very impressed with prices and services. When I was first referred to Brand X the prices looked good but I wondered about their se4vice. In reality they are very quick to send goods, use Royal Mail (rather than some of the cheap but unreliable carriers) and keep you updated every step of the way with easy tracking. So far 3 orders have all been delivered quickly and prices were good.

Good price, fast delivery. Highly recommended.

I Brought the black amity London hoodie and trackie bottoms. All I can say is the quality of the clothing I received was shocking. Wore it once and the bottoms tore at the seams. I Put it through the wash once and the logos on both hoodie and bottoms have started to peel off already. AFTER 1 WASH…stay well clear, do not waste ur money!! Trust me

Rip off merchant,refused delivery,now saying can't issue refund because dpd delivered it,photo evidence clearly shows not me or my address,now saying it's down to me,won't issue refund

I recently found this online retailer and I'm very glad that I did. I found an item which I wasn't able to find anywhere else and at a great price too. Postage costs were reasonable and my item came well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again!
