This is a scam don’t fall for it. Whatever you’re getting from them it’s not worth it and will only take less than an hour to do it yourself. Don’t believe me? They got 35% 1 star reviews on Trustpilot with people complaining about the poor quality of both store and products and after you purchase they stop responding to your email meaning the refund claim is also a scam.

I bought this service and all I got was a mediocre store and some generic products built on top of shopify’s default theme. You don’t stand a chance against competitors with a store like that. I demanded for refund and they didn’t respond.

I'm not sure about all those 5 stars reviews. In my experience they built a 24h store, yes, but:

1- The store hasn't winning products, they are random
2- There were several products in categories that don't belong.
3. There are sold-out products in a brand new shop!!!
4. Couldn't see the imported product reviews as they claim they do.
5. Couldn't see the email marketing/auto-responders set up as they claim they do.
6. In the refund policy, the products are returned to me, or that's what is described in the return policy.
No idea of:
- which suppliers they choose
- what is the return window policy of the suppliers? apparently none
- what are the restocking fees of the suppliers?

Last but the most important, the support is the worst, you can have a response in the morning and the other 24h later. For the last one it's gonna be 72h now.

For the price some will say it's just OK, but, it's not an amazing service as per described in the 5 stars reviews.

Shop is not complete, poorly designed.
Shopify will charge you 39 USD per month instead of 29 USD.
So 10 USD more than normal price

Shop is poorly designed.
Alot of bugs.
They copy and paste every shop, nothing is unique.

They do not answer per Email.

Do not recommend Brandafy nor Cams trash course.

They created a great store for me with great pricing and it's well thought out. Great communication although. Order for my store and got at the promised time. I would recommend it anybody looking to create and design their store.

Brandafy made me a store at Shopify. Within 3 days it was ready. And there the issues started. I could not get my store to get ready for orders from customers. Spent around 2 weeks to find the error and even had Shopify experts check the issue.
Took another week to find, they filled the store with products that are not shipped to my country/ main market…
Meanwhile they stopped reacting to my emails.
Don’t have Brandafy make your dropshpping store as they us take your money and no service!

Got my 2 stores, but they don't work. Customers cannot check out..
Brandafy does not answer or give any solutions, been on it for over 2 weeks now.
Mails stay unanswerred, no solution.

First of all, I found that brandafy's speed and responsiveness were often mentioned by their customers.
Very well known for responding to customer requests and working fast to make sure projects are delivered on time.
I did this experience and in less than 6 hours I had my shop with incredible functionality.Nothing is left out, choice of winning products and suppliers, a complete shop. I highly recommend it.

I paid brandafy for an unfinished unprofessional site off brandafy, Iv sent numerous of emails and sent screenshots of the all the issues. They just downloaded a theme and put a few products from spocket some of the product's had pictures of just size charts, there was no pages done and the pages that had context it was in two different languages. They associate themselves with spocket but spocket claim to have no association with brandafy. I only left 1 star I wanted to leave ZERO

Wow I personally did not experience any of these bad reviews but just reading all of them made me not go ahead with using Brandafy. Yikes.

Great agency for creating stores. My order was processed instantly and I got confirmation within minutes. Got store too which I'm grateful for as well as free bonuses that come with it. Thank you.

They are scammers stay away from them. I had a terrible experience with Brandafy, throughout the whole time & my website is still incomplete! their main weakness does not listen to clients which are of fundamental importance when designing and creating a webpage. they didn't understand the business model & concept. Brandafy has a bad attitude, was rude & disrespectful whenever I questioned him why they has not worked on certain tasks. they said he can create a Premium Logo design however all 3 designs were not good enough...now I need to seek another professional to design the Logo and pay more money. We have not even done testing and pretty much brandafy only did 10% of the webpage & as a beginner, I am working on the webpage myself. I Felt like wasted time & money!!!

Brandafy is totally Scam. they are providing the garbage to everyone.
1. Average looking store nothing special.
2. Many products from previous years - not trending. 3. State that addon apps are free with the store, the apps are trial and will be pay to use.
4. State that shipping is 8-12 days when actually it might take anywhere from 14-30 days.
5. Feeling scammed

They are full of scammers. Tricking you to think it's a premium quality store with premium products. It's not. It's cheap and poor quality.

And they don't provide refund. They are just so so bad. I know there's always 2 sides of a story, but I got ripped off and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If you try to leave comments on their ads, they delete/hide them.

Edit 18/07/24: They commented as if I've left a fake review - first of all, that's a lie. Secondly, they have changed their name from brandify to brandafy - cheap scammer tricks.

I got three of the stores. I wasn't able to access any of them. Shopify said I was not authorized. Contacted support, got nowhere. got into one store by a backdoor, set it up and worked on it for a few days, then, it went away. I contacted Shopify and had the stores deleted. Don't spend your money on these guys.

I wanted to give this company a try, as it offers super low cost "ready to ship" Shopify stores. I could not be more disappointed. I'll highlight a few things that happened with no interaction with me at all...
- your store will be named your firstname.lastname.myshopify.com (yeah, you can add a domain, but from a privacy perspective, this is terrible practice).
- your store will be default to the US, even if you're not in the US. They could simply ask where the customer wants to have the store, as shopify has a global presence.
- if you pay for more products to be added (which was my case), they will add crappy stuff in there just to reach the product count... so let's say a t-shirt. Red and blue? 2 products. Oh, red and blue, S/M/L? 6 products. Every product variation is counting as a product, which is heavy BS and misleading.
- The themes they use is the same for everyone... you don't end up with a unique store, but with a clone from several thousand others... btw, free themes as well.
- I got my "your store is ready" email and, upon logging into the store, there were SO many missing configurations that I can't really consider the store ready...

TL;DR?
In the end, you're paying for something that would cost you $5 on fiverr.com ... don't recommend at all, and I wish I could have my money back, as it's misleading and a very poor experience.

Brandafy were supposed to deliver a certain number of products, but didn't-they were alerted several times. In addition there was a misspelt header on the site they delivered-and there must be a problem with English, because it was an obvious things to sort out, and in spite of sending a screen shot, it was not sorted out.

They are really quick, and very good at putting together a website, but if things are not done, once they have your money, forget it.

I guess they are cheap to hire, and if you understand it won't be perfect, then they are good. Their ideas and website overall is really good. It's a shame they can't fix issues raised.

Zero support. They have given me a theme that stopped working on iPhones. No one replies to emails :(

Delivered the website with issues and unfinished pieces and Brandafy is not providing the support to correct them. Shopify is now involved and are trying to help, but it's issues from the Brandafy theme they build the site with.
