Do not waste your money like I did
We were really disappointed with our experience. Tony and his team promised to be amazing and said all the right things and seemed to have a good grasp of what needed to be done on our amazon account. In reality, they did a poor job on PPC, possibly even worse then our previous company, and we lost a lot of money working with them, as they were not all that cheap (especially considering how bad they were at managing amazon). We switched to another company (even while in contract with them because they were really that bad) and the results since we switched have been fantastic. Our ACOS went down and sales went up almost immediately form the start! And the new company is training us to do it, so we know what the issues were. They showed us what BB was doing wrong, wasting a ton of money on ad spend, and we have been doing WAY better since we stopped working with BB and took their advice to fix BB mistakes. Also, they were supposed to set up shipments for us but did not and we were OOS for an extra 5 weeks....I would definitely not recommend.
