This app operates extremely slow

This app operates extremely slow. It keeps getting stuck and wants me to close or wait on the app. My second complaint I purchase pet armor Plus flea medicine for my cats at Walmart. But apparently cats don't count it only applies to pet armor Plus for dogs why is that? I'm not really happy with the way that app acts. Nor the limited amount of choices you have for putting other things on it. Most of the stores you show are from the upper us not down in the south or east coast region

Rewards consistently do not track due to retailer connection issues. You can sync with all your hearts desire and it will never add the reward. The customer service team is not professional and will not fix issues without being a constant squeaky wheel. I’ve had so many issues with this app I think I’m finally done trying.

I'm being scammed.

I've gotten hundreds of dollars in rewards successfully before realizing there was an issue. On multiple occasions, the deal price and reward change after purchases have been made. Example, I ordered wax paper that showed it cost 2.97 with instant 1.98 reward. When I scanned my accounts to capture this deal purchased, it showed I paid 6.97 with 1.98 instant reward. That's NOT a deal when I buy off brand regularly! I was duped!
This has been happening more and more lately and I have screenshots showing multiple prices and rewards for the same item within minutes of the deal being posted. My complaint is that the price discrepancies and reward discrepancies arent caught right away as you have to act so quickly to capture a deal and this shouldn't be the case. If I return my item because I found the price I paid was higher than advertised, I'd lose my account as they'll think I'm trying to get rewards and then return those items. But, I am being duped and it's an issue! I'm searching for deals, not trying to spend unnecessarily or above advertised price due to their errors.

extremely poor customer service & refusal to provide rightfully-earned rewards

even though I've sent them proof a ridiculous number of times, they refuse to give me a reward I rightfully earned. I've sent a plethora of screenshots showing that I should have earned the reward, and what do they do? copy/paste the same WRONG explanation for why they're not honoring my purchase. they refuse to do anything. they don't fully read my emails or even answer the right questions from my emails; they just put the same incorrect explanation that I've literally disproven with actual screenshots and ignore everything else. they are wrong, and they will not give me the reward I earned. so I'm going to ruin them.

I really liked this company until now

I really liked this company until now. Every time I would click on and try to get a validation code for my account which is stupid cause it’s every time they would never send the code. I emailed them. They answered back with well. We don’t really do this, but we’ll do it just this time. All I wanted was the code so that I can click on to get the money which was almost $50 that they legally owed me well they said they would go ahead and change my number to my other cell phone, but what they did is they deleted my old account and in order for me to get back on Brad club I have to sign up for a whole new account, therefore forfeiting my $50 I have emailed them three times and they have ignored all three. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the attorney, General for deceptive business, practice, and fraud

Initially I really enjoyed this…

Initially I really enjoyed this program. I liked doing the daily surveys to earn a little bit of rewards. I could sync my different accounts and would eventually get some cash for some of those purchases. But lately my accounts won't stay linked And I have to reconnect half of them every time I get back in the app. Recently I had started buying some of their daily deals through Amazon, but I can't some of them to unlock reward Even after the purchase has been delivered and I've synced my Amazon account several times. I've even contacted their customer service multiple times and I get a canned response and then an unhelpful response from an actual person that says essentially they can't do anything but hope this was helpful. So I'm probably going to have to hope I can return some of these items to Amazon. But I will probably get a ding from brand club for doing multiple returns. And now I'm trying to cash out again and they want me to give a picture of my ID. I already have given you my credit card. This is just getting so frustrating. I'm torn on if I'm going to upload my ID to cash out one last time or if I'm just going to lose the money but I don't think I'm going to be using this site going forward. So disappointing because this used to be such a great program, but they've really gone down hill.

Brandclub is like that house you have

Brandclub is like that house you have. During homemoon phase. Good at first then to …. They started off well paying for surveys etc. then it went from 85cents to 70 cents .. now to 25 cents a survey. To add when you purchase something on your synced account .. some how it’s now a locked reward , unless you buy another one . Why do I need 2 heating blankets to get my purchase reward. They dangle the carrot. Bye brand hustle

Deceptive

Deceptive. They search for ways to keep the money you earned so they don't have to pay out. They ask for questionable information such as a credit card on file before they will allow you to cash out. Customer service is a JOKE. Stay away. I've reported to the FTC, BBB, and leaving 1 star reviews everywhere I can find to warn others.

The worst CashBack app ever!

The worst CashBack app ever!
Don’t waste your time!
Been with them since the summer of 2023
Only made 10 bucks and this is 2024
They hold money you’ve earned, the payout is ridiculous. There are far better apps I have earned money with at a faster pace. Worthless. Tried to cash out again for another 10 dollars earned now it wants me to connect a card. Use to be done through PayPal.

Brandclub saves me money on the brand name items I already buy. Not a perfect app, but no app is.

Brandclub is not a perfect app, but it is not as bad as people on here make it out to be. Yes, it has glitches and does not always work correctly, but it is not a "scam". I make money off of nearly every shopping trip to stores like Walmart and Target and Best Buy. And when I shop online at Amazon I get money back almost every time! Their customer service is not great, but it is much better than it used to be. Payouts to my Venmo or PayPal accounts are FAST.

I've been with the company for about 6…

I've been with the company for about 6 months now and it doesn't look like I'll get any return for maybe a year at this rate! This really makes me not want to use the app anymore. I've started using another app called Shopstyle. See below my stats on brandcyle
Sales
$1,794.94
Payouts owed to me
$201.16
Orders
40
Locked Sales to be paid
$183.99
Locked Payouts ready
$27.43
The locked payouts have to one day reach the threshold of $50 to receive any payouts. I guess there's nothing I can do at this point but wait for a payout. I wished I had read these reviews earlier.

Bad customer service

They do not honor the daily reward purchases. I contacted customer service many times with proof that I purchased the specified item. They still will not give me the reward. I do not recommend buying the daily reward purchases.

FRAUD

FRAUD! They find excuses not to give you rewards on products eligible! If you question them on it; they put your account on hold! They also take fees out of your rewards when they do allow for it for your “cash out”. This app was more stress for me than any of the small rewards I did receive. Deleting app and I hope no one else’s bothers with them!

Don't waste your time

Every time I have a problem I have to jump through hoops to show them that I made the purchase and then they still don't acknowledge it. It doesn't pull everything from the receipts and I miss out on a lot of money. This app is basically worthless
