Ordered a bath panel wrong one chased up the men and thought I wasn't getting my money back. Money back in account so sorry for bad review which I have now amended. And u have the 5 stars. Thank you Johnathan.

Ordered a fixed panel wet room screen from brandedbathrooms website, first delivery went to the wrong address, second delivery wrong item delivered, third delivery still wrong item!! Ask the driver to collect both wrong items back, don't have any more patience for these wrong items !!!

Still waiting for my money back!

I bought a single tap of brandedbathrooms and bought off their sister company. Very good price and delivered on time by dpd.

bought the M100 shower bath suite from these guys , fast delivery and a quality product , all delivered within 3 days ... thanks again branded team and will be on to order a shower cubicle and small toilet in the new year.

Mirror was delivered in two days and it was better than expected. The mirror finished of the new bathroom and I can honestly say looks great! Had BBQ and all who visited commented on a great bathroom and mirror. Thank you!

Ordered a bath screen and wrong size delivered.

After sending away plumber which cost me an additional £10.00 call out I was advised because the one I ordered was not in stock they sent me a bigger size.

A quick phone call to me and I would have let them know that this new screen would be too big.

Coming up to 4 weeks now and still not received - it is always me who does the chasing. No one puts a courtesy call to keep me updated.

I have been advised twice that the screen is just being unpacked from the container and twice that it wasn't included in the shipment.

we have unpacked everything but as yet have not been able to fit it. everything was as expected and in good condtion well packed for the transport.

Could not have beaten price anywhere else and very good communications on what we wanted and delivered quickly and efficiently. Driver called to say was running 30 mins late and was that ok, which was great as able to arrange drop without any fuss.

I placed an order on the Tuesday, this was not sent until the Friday. By the following Tuesday it had still not arrived as it was being sent to the wrong address (even though I had gave them the right one) so I had to drive 60 miles to collect the parcel. When I got home and checked they had sent me the wrong shower. When I rang they said they didn't have it in stock and gave me a refund. Great but I am a shower down and a 60 mile drive! Wish I had gone local.

Helpful and polite staff, no problems with delivery, will purchase from them again.

ordered a tap on 4th November and only arrived yestereday the 2nd December.That is after many phone calls and false hope

I never imagined when I placed my order that there would be so much chasing to get the whole order, the correct order and an undamaged order.

What I would like to do is give the highest recommendation possible to Vicki Kannenberg she is a jewel so I advise you to make sure you keep hold of her. If there is a reward scheme of any sort in the Company she should definitely get one. Despite all the hassle she responded immediately, sorted the problems as they arose, all with great efficiency and cheerfulness. Without her I would probably have given up and cancelled the order, so thank you Vicki. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for your sales department who responded to telephone message and e-mails left on Saturday mid afternoon on Tuesday hours after Vicki requested copies of the e-mails I had sent and dealt with the issue

Found some of the best prices on the Internet for the items we purchased with quick delivery offered. When arrived discovered some damage in transit. Customer service excellent. Speedy communication, highly professional with good resolution of the problem. All in all an excellent experience. Would happily use & recommend highly to others.

The items (2 cabinets - 1 white, 1 walnut) were as displayed on the website and are good quality and value. The service from the delivery company was poor - the goods did not arrive on the day they were meant to and then were 3 hours later than stated the next day. I had to make several phone calls to them chasing it up.
4 stars for branded bathrooms, 2 stars for delivery firm.

Ordered and paid for shower enclosure, two days later get an email saying that the one I ordered was not available but offering a “similar” one for the same price. After investigating through the net I discovered the replacement offered was not of the same spec and considerably cheaper elsewhere. They did however refund my money but it took ten days. The original shower enclosure was still being advertised on their website.

There was slight damage to the hand basin, however one phone call and a replacement was delivered with 2 days. The service and product were great value and I will no doubt use the service again soon. Thanks Branded Bathrooms.

Branded Bathrooms were easy to deal with. They offered prompt service and although we did have a problem with the shower we purchased, they were quick to resolve it. We would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
