Hi everyone

Hi everyone. Mine actually is not a review is a question. I want to put a 58 litre capacity top case black aluminium one on the honda GB 350s. Would you think it affects the balance of the driving in some way. Or can I go for it with out hesitation. Cheers

Very slow delivery.

I ordered an oil filter and 13 days later it still hasn’t arrived. The posting notification was sent but the item wasn’t even posted for another four days. After paying £6.99 for delivery (almost the cost of the item
Itself) I’m really disappointed. Wouldn’t use again.

Purchased a Givi screen

Purchased a Givi screen, on Sunday, but out of stock on Monday received daily updated delivered in perfect condition at 09.14 on Thursday by Lewis of Parcel Force, will defiantly use again

Good service and speedy delivery

I wanted a Givi side case rack for my Triumph Tiger but wasn’t sure which one would fit so I phoned to order. The person I spoke to was busy with another customer but said they would phone back. I was called back within 5 minutes and the lady even held the courier back so my delivery could go out that day (Friday) I also received an email saying I’d been overcharged and a credit would be sent to my bank the next working day. Very pleased with the service & the rack fitted perfectly

Super service - honest and timely

I phoned ahead and spoke with Julian. We discussed the item availability and delivery etc (1-2 weeks). Couldn't have been easier. I placed the order and over the next few days I was sent two updates re the item's arrival in the UK then the dispatch. It all arrived in perfect order ahead of the original expected date. Will use this company again.

Givi rack ordered

Givi rack ordered. Arrived in good time but not in original packaging, unless Givi throw things into tatty boxes. Rack was chipped, nothing serious but not the point. Nothing heard from Julian about returns or compensation ...

Take your money when they have no stock

They offer items for sale, take your money and then tell you they've had no stock for weeks and you'll have to wait an undisclosed amount of time.
Don't order anything from this store or risk not getting it.

Refused return

Ordered a Givi screen, which upon receipt I didn't like out of the box, so I tried to return it, but they said they don't accept returns on windshields. There is no such condition to be found on the website.

5 star service from UK Store...

Branded Biker carried stock of a tankbag that I was struggling to purchase within the UK.

I placed an order on Tuesday morning and it was delivered the very next day before noon. Absolutely fantastic service and being able to pay using PayPal added another level of confidence in my purchase.

I look forward to future purchases from Branded Biker in the future!

very poor service

I ordered a Givi screen, it arrived after a week. It was damaged/poorly finished so I spoke to the proprietor on the phone as emails went unanswered. He sounded disinterested and reluctant to put things right and I had to send it back at my expense and I never received a refund for the return shipping, so I am out of pocket. The monies were refunded but no acknowledgement email or apology, I strongly recommend you avoid this company.

Honda cb125f luggage rack

I was a bit worried to place a order as they only had a couple of reviews and some of them negative. I called before hand to ensure the item was in stock. The product come next day which I was very surprised about. Fitted my Honda perfectly. Thanks

Great experience

I purchased a givi dry bag/tailback (EA115) and it was a good experience. Good prices, great communication and a quick delivery.

No stock despite saying stock was available

I ordered some NGK spark plug caps from Branded Biker. At the time they were listed as in stock and as of today they still are! I received an email confirming my order was being processed. I heard nothing else and called to chase and was told they had not been in stock for 18 months and 100’s of people were waiting. Why show them as in stock and why not contact me to tell me they were not available?

Nice People

After an initial glitch with their websites ordering system, they provided 5 Star customer service. Everything I ordered arrived promptly and they were very helpful when I phoned with a query. Nice people I would defiantly buy from them again.

Good Place to deal with

Good price for opimate solar charger and when advised of opitmate web-site promotion offered to meet it and all with free delivery
Phone contact was efficient and friendly
Would recommend them to anyone - fast, friendly and competitive, with stock to cover order so fast delivery

Ordered some givi engine bars

Ordered some givi engine bars, issues with delivery date from Italy, branded biker kept me informed all the way and updated me at every stage and phoned me to inform me of delivery date which was as promised, even added a free gift for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. Excellent service all round, many thanks, Paul Williams.
