They use a bot to message random sites with a generic email saying that their site is not mobile responsive and has "some problems" which is all a lie. This is just a pump and dump Indian site pretending to be an established American company in San Francisco. All of their social media links are fake too lol. NEVER hire these spammers/scammers!

Scam!

I got an email saying my website is out of date and it will not work on mobile devices.

All lies, I have a very up to date website and it works on mobile as well.

Scam

Scam. Unsolicited email absolutely slates your website and gives a list of examples of everything that's wrong with it (none of which was true). When I searched for the company I found a website with an awfully written blurb that clearly isn't by a native English speaker, despite the company supposedly being based in the US.

Avoid - your website is perfectly fine!

Unsolicited scammer

Same as all the other comments. Unsolicited scammer who thinks he knows my market from the USA.

Apparently my website
- It doesn't work properly on Mobile Phones, at all (which is how people browse the web these days).
- It doesn't adjust properly when you resize the screen (Google recommends RESPONSIVE Websites rather than ADAPTIVE)
- It's hard to read on larger displays
- The design looks really, really dated compared to some of your competitors.

Utter rubbish and his email is now junk and he is blocked!

Total scam...
Got an email stating that my website looked really, really dated compared to my competitors...
Well, my market is outside the US, in a different continent, and on a total different language (Portuguese). Really interesting that he knows the Portuguese family photography market. 😂
Also that it reads bad on big screens, and my computer is a 27-inch iMac... 🙄

Really crappy spam mails stating they have pent 2-3 minutes looking around and found SEO issues which we have spend months on optimising 😅

If you actually too the time to spend 2/3 minutes you would known that your copy/paste emails are super bad....

A spam company

Claimed that our 10 months old website was not working properly on mobile phones, not responsive, and with a "really really dated design".
Easy to check responsiveness and see that it (still) works 100%.
Don't waste your time on them.

Very obvious scam

Got couple of emails from these guys. Obvious scam.

They told me that my website doesn't work on mobile devices. It was very easy to refute this claim by simply opening the website on my phone. Works perfectly.

Likewise, there were couple of other claims that they made in the email which could be easily refuted.

Dishonest company

This company will email your entire sales team lying about website UI and mobile friendliness. If they're willing to use such shady marketing tactics, you can be sure the marketing services are terrible as well. STAY AWAY.

Basically Scammers

Unfortunately they are incapable of obtaining clients through legitimate means so they resort to spamming any and every website they see with the same canned email.

Their email basically reads your site has these issues and they list a bunch of none sense issues that your site most likely does NOT have since they send the same thing to everyone. I happen to know for a fact our website suffered from none of the issues they listed and I have seen a number of clients and friends get the same exact email and their sites also did not suffer from any issues.

Lastly if you want to see how shady they are visit their website. Extremely generic site, no actual info about who runs the business. No actual address listed. They list "Silicone Valley" on one page then they list San Fransisco on another. FYI silicone valley is NOT in San Fransisco.

Anyways whoever they are they are scammers and you should not waste your time responding to their spam.
