I do not know the company but I know that I cannot return the product that I bought because of ups. The label that I bought as return is not for free, does not work. I am suffering with this return since a week without any results. It is for sure I am not buying anything from brandfield again if they use ups service. I am sorry.

I ordered 2 watches from Brandfield. Very good pricing. Both arrived in excellent brand new condition and very nicely packaged. I returned one and kept one. The return took a little while to process but they kept me informed and the 100% refund hit my account a few weeks after returning the watch. You must pay for the return shipping. Absolutely satisfactory for me in this case. Will be using them again. I would recommend this online retailer.

Stay away if you don’t want to be scammed. I ordered a Swarovski bracelet, necklace and earrings. Twice, my order has been cancelled without notification. I had to contact brandfield myself to ask what’s up. Very rude to not notify the customer when the order is cancelled. But, they take your money still! They made a case and promised to get back to me in 3 working days. Again, I hear nothing, and I still haven’t received a refund. They just take your money and don’t even have the audacity to inform the customer properly. It starts to feel like a scam. If you want to order something from a certain brand, just order from the original website because this is very sketchy.

Worst shopping experience ever.
I really can not recommend buying there.
I received only one pair of earrings, the other pair of earrings was missing. However Isabel Bernard/Brandfield insisted that they sent them with the order. The package arrived without any damage or any sign of someone opening it on the way, so they must have forgot to pack the other pair of earrings.
Since then I had to write A LOT of emails to Brandfield and Isabel Marant and trief to contact them a lot of times. I even had to go to the police to report the missing item or otherwise they told me I had to pay for it even though it never arrived. Their support service was not helpful at all and I spent a lot of time and energy running after them. Now nearly one year later I still have to deal with a collection company and can't use Klarna as a paying option ever since, even though beforehand I used Klarna all of the time, always paid my bills and there was never any kind of problem.
It really seems like their whole business is run very unprofessional.

Delivery time 2-3 day but item is still pending since one week at Fedex NL.
