We take accusations like this very seriously and want to set the record straight.
When we booked the appointment with you, both the confirmation and reminder messages clearly stated that you would be speaking with a HighLevel-certified admin from BrandKraal. Our website also clearly states: “Feeling Overwhelmed by HighLevel? Our Team of HighLevel Experts Can Help.”
At no point did we claim to be GoHighLevel. We are certified HighLevel admins offering setup and automation services. The free 30-minute consultation was designed to walk you through the setup, free of charge. While there may have been aspects you needed assistance with, such as building a website, setting up automations, or creating funnels, those services would have involved a charge, and the decision to pay for them was always yours to make.
Calling us a scam based on assumptions is unfair and misleading. We’ve successfully helped over 100 clients with similar sessions, many of whom found them informative and helpful.
You never attended the meeting to see the value we provide. We’d be happy to schedule another session to clear up any confusion.
We hope you’ll reconsider and amend your review accordingly.
