Alex ditto sales consultant. Sales consultant services are terrible. If you don't get service from his (alex) prep center company, he is very rude. He doesn't know how to address customers. He is a very arrogant person. He thinks he knows everything. He shouts at me on the phone. I even recorded the voice. If the manager wants to listen, I can send it to him by e-mail. When I called customer service and asked to speak to another sales consultant, the response I got was not positive either. I gave up buying products that I would spend for the start at least 5k-7k dollars on. They lost.

This is the worst “company” I have ever worked with in my life. They have a complete disaster with customers. My company was linked to another company that has nothing to do with me. All the orders I made were paid in advance. The last order I made with them was in February of this year, 2024. I sent them the check for $6,000, they never sent me the merchandise I ordered, they sold it to someone else and when I asked them to please return my money, they wanted to charge me for merchandise that was not mine, that I had not ordered, and that they obviously never sent me. I have sent emails, I have called, even the owner of this company answered me an email, a complete unprofessional, with rudeness he answered me that my money had been taken as a deposit for the merchandise (from another company) that I never ordered. Brand name distributor is a bunch of thieves. They took $6,000 from my company and they never sent me the merchandise or gave me my money back. Please never trust this company

To put it plainly, "Alex" has proven himself to be a significant scammer. I strongly advise against engaging in any dealings with him, as my personal experience has been nothing short of unfortunate. In essence, he managed to deceive me, resulting in a loss of over $600. Unfortunately, despite his promises of repayment, I have not received my money back. Furthermore, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving both my funds and the items I entrusted to him for return. Adding to the matter, he chose to block me on WhatsApp, thereby preventing any further communication.

This regrettable situation has persisted for nearly six months now, during which I have not been able to recover my funds nor regain access to communication with "Alex." Given these circumstances, I implore all of you to exercise caution and avoid any sort of engagement with this individual. It is my hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from undergoing similar hardships.

I would also like to mention that I possess the receipt as evidence, which I will attach to this message. Your attention to this matter is deeply appreciated.
