J'ai acheté un chauffe-eau thermodynamique Ariston à près de 1000 € via la marketplace Bricoman en juin 2025, vendu par ce vendeur tiers (Brandon Group srl, basé en Italie).
L'appareil est tombé en panne moins d'un an après (code erreur 042, défaut bloquant). J'ai fait intervenir la station technique officielle agréée par le constructeur. Le rapport du technicien est sans appel : la machine est déclarée "non réparable" et la case certifiant que "l'installation est 100% conforme" a bien été cochée par l'expert.
Malgré cette preuve technique officielle et une mise en demeure envoyée par Lettre Recommandée (LRAR), Brandon Group fait totalement le mort. Ils bafouent la loi et refusent d'appliquer la Garantie Légale de Conformité de 2 ans. En résumé : tant que vous payez, tout va bien, mais au moindre problème technique, il n'y a plus aucun SAV.
Je suis actuellement en procédure avec la Répression des Fraudes (SignalConso) et le Centre Européen des Consommateurs pour obtenir mon remboursement.
Un conseil : passez votre chemin et fuyez ce vendeur !
