Expert advice from staff. I rented a floor sander and edge sander. The sales assistant who served me was a a former French floor polisher by trade and imparted a whole load of advice on how to get the job done properly. I followed his advice, and it worked. They even added extra sanding sheets to my order, with no upfront chart, in case I needed more when the shop was shut over the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Cardiff branch staff were excellent
The staff at the Cardiff branch were all very helpful - they gave us great advice on the right type of scaffolding tower to use (MiTower) and they were 100% correct

Micro Digger
I hired a micr digger oni line. I'd never operatwewd one before. My initail thought was that a) it would be difficult to hire b) it would cost a lot to hire and c) I wouldn't be able to operate it. However, I was pleanatly suprised that I was wrong on all three counts. Dead easy to hire, great price, door to door drop off and delivery and esay to operate - got the job done no problem.

Great service

Simple, reasonably priced and friendly. Helpful staff who checked and asked about if I knew how to sue equipment and offered to teach basic operation.

Easy hire process and great price
Process to hire acrows online was simple and the price was good too. Popped to the unit to collect them and the guy helped load them into the car too.
Job took longer than anticipated so able to send a message online to extend hire. No fuss, no calls required either, very happy .

Great range of products and superb customer service
I arranged to hire a triple ladder to do some high level painting of the front of my house. The range of ladders available was very impressive. In the end I had to cancel and Brandon were superb with their customer service.
