...nearly a week on and still not a refund for day two hire AND they've not picked up their chipper - terrible company...
...nearly a week on and, at the time of writing, I did not get a reply from Brandon tool hire re. my review of their appaling service AND a refund for day two hire of their chipper AND ADDITIONALLY, they have not picked up their chipper AFTER SIX DAYS OF IT BEING IN MY WAY on site - what a terrible company!

Good Equipment
Booking of equipment (scaffolding tower to let me access high hedge) was easy and worked. Delivery was good, on time and efficiently unloaded. Pricing surprised me as it was more than I had initially budgeted and was increased prior to an approval step, although to be fair I could have cancelled all before shipping. Collection did not happen on day planned and next day although at home missed the collector it seems. However, eventually all was collected.
