Great service from the Exeter branch, the shredder did exactly what we wanted, machine was in excellent condition and easy to use. Dave on the hire desk was very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended, will use again.

Quick, easy & convenient
Needed a set of stair-climbing sack trucks for moving home. Hired them online, popped in to my local branch to pick them up and dropped them back when the job was done. Reasonably priced, great bit of kit. Would use Brandon Hire Station again in a heartbeat.

Booked online but had contact with Exeter (Marsh Barton) branch as well as had a query regarding delivery. Great service throughout, delivery team are helpful and communication easy either over the phone or by email.

Your store customer service was appalling, resulting in the cancellation of the order. A supervisor or a store manager promised to contact me to discuss but nobody has been in contact. I ordered a product for one day, arranged for gardeners to be available, was informed that the product had left the store and would be with me by 11.15. In fact a subsequent e mail told me it hadn't left untill 12.00 and may not get to me untill 2.45. totally negating a one day hire
