Very helpful and polite staff
Very helpful and polite staff. A mistake had been made, and the wrong machine delivered. The member of staff that dealt with the delivery was incredibly helpful and polite, and the matter was resolved within an hour.

I hired a ladder to paint my house with and had issues getting it in the car. The staff were very flexible and accommodating and offered collection and delivery despite the short notice.
I’ve also used them for hiring a floor sander and found the same - just reasonable and helpful folk! Great stuff.

Online log splitter hire
Booked a log splitter for a week using the online service. Nearly new machine delivered at the due time. Driver Howard from the Sowton depot was polite, helpful and communicative. After a useful demo from Howard we managed to split many hundreds of lohs successfully. One week later driver Paul arrived for collection with a similar positive and helpful attitude. An excellent experience overall and Brandon remain my go to place for hiring tools. They are always helpful and their prices are reasonable
