Good quality service at the Folkestone branch. I hired a mixer and also a plate on short notice which they managed to sort out for me. Very good would recommend.

Good and bad.
The rotowash was nearly new and in very good order. However the pressure washer was old and nearing the end of it's life. It's pull cord snapped 3rd time of starting which we mended as the shops not open at all during weekends. The throttle was stuck in one position so was really difficult to move. The hande for moving it was broken and a temporary bolt had been bodged in.

Customer service was on point…
The gent in the shop was a great help when I went in for some advice on what I would need for a decorating job I had and wether what I'd found online was right.
He then showed us what we was looking at so we could get height measurements correct so that was an added bonus. He theb said he'd have it ready and waiting for us Monday morning.

I don’t believe I have had my petrol cost reimbursed
I don’t believe I have had my petrol cost reimbursed?? I took it back with a full tank and your employee confirmed that and said he would organise this. I wasn’t given any paperwork, on hindsight I should have asked for some sort of confirmation at the time! (Lesson learnt for me , I have never hired anything before (so am new to this process))

Terrible Rude service
Terrible Rude service. Was accused of stealing equipment and had a lot of abuse from staff in store.
Will NEVER use your company again for any of my hire needs.

Very long queue to get to speak to the station attendant.
Wacker plate not available despite booking it online (including payment).
Attendant was apologetic and kind but not much he could do.
Refund processed on next working day.
