the staff were helpful hampered by a chaotic online system
the staff were helpful and informative and easy to deal with. However your online system lets you down
I went to collect the machine and times of opening did not match the time when the premises did open. In addition one machine i ordered was not on site
This had to be collected from Derby branch and then tested I had hired for one day so this pressured me with the work I had to do in the allotted time I had to complete the work. having to return to the dept at 1pm to collect the second machine. In effect i paid for one days hire and in fact got half a days usage. in addition the dust collection bag for one machine was incorrect and could not be fitted so had to adapt my own dust collection device to accomodate its usage.

Floor sander - warning re consumables
Hired a floor sander and they were so keen to sell me plenty of consumables on promise that they’d fully reimburse me for those I didn’t use. Well…. They only refunded me in part. It was only about £13 but they weren’t interested even after I escalated the issue out of principle. I won’t use them again.

Helpful staff but let down by the…
Helpful staff but let down by the machine.
Unfortunately the machine I ordered and collected was not in working condition, the guys in the shop did what they could included going to get a replacement from another shop.
This took a couple of days and delayed the works we had planned, the replacement was a different spec machine and the end results weren’t what I was expecting.
These things happen though
