The carpet cleaner didn't do a great job.

Worked very well and left the carpet dry enough to end up bone dry in an hour.

I think I underestimated how many cleaning tablets were needed

Never got to use BHS's Archer, as when I turned up to collect it as booked online, they didn't have one to give me. Went to HSS instead, brilliant service, used one of their Archers, same model, excellent.
