I ordered the Original Source item (which has been discontinued) and I found it here at a great price. I ordered from them for the first time and the item was delivered promptly and was exactly as described. Very happy about t his!

i compared the prices to asda and tescos and in most cases even before the bulk discount they were cheaper!

I ordered my goods at arounf 8:00 in the morning and they were delivered the next day and as I had spent over £30, delivery was free.

Exactly what I wanted. The product Braun M90 shaver was so cheap I ordered two. I wasn't in a particular hurry so used the free postal option and the goods turned up about 3 working days later..
I paid by paypal so it will have cost them a little for fees and this was very convenient for me.

Good easy website, cheap prices and excellent product.
Only thing i would say is the postage was slow at 8 days for delivery but overall impressed and would use again.

This was my first order with Brandrefill and I was disappointed to pay for my order - only to be emailed several days later to be told that my items weren't in stock. Nevertheless, the payment was refunded straight away.

I ordered this product at the end of October. Unfortunately, I could not find the estimated delivery time. I went back into the order several times to try to locate the shipping details to no avail. I could see once the product status was shipped, but I had not received the goods or locate the delivery date to ensure someone would be home to receive the product. The product finally arrived and luckily left with a good neighbour who gave it to me as soon as i came home from work.

This is a good site where much savings can be made, but it is important to keep the customer in the picture all the way to avoid un-necessary panick or concern over missing items. Therefore I would suggest that an easy to use screen detailing the shipping details and estimated delivery date would have made this move from a 3 to a 5.
