We’ve been working with BrandReward since 2020, promoting their partner brands across multiple markets. Recently, our account was suddenly downgraded due to a supposed third violation. What’s frustrating is that we couldn’t even find the mentioned brand in our campaigns, and despite asking for a screenshot or clarification, we received no clear response.

Their communication has been disappointing and unprofessional. We’ve been active with networks like AWIN, Adcell, Tradedoubler, and Webgains since 2017 without a single issue—this is the first time we've encountered such behavior from a partner. Very unfortunate experience.

HOW THEY HAVE SCAMMED MY MONEY THAT IS AROUND $25,000+ AND THAT I AM WILLING TO PROVIDE SCREENSHOT AND PROOFS OF THE SCAM THAT HAPPENED TO US COUPONGENERATE.COM

SO FAR THE WORST EXPEREICNCE WE HAD WITH ANY AFFILIATE , WE WISH IF WE CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF WE COULD HAVE, THE MANAGER KEEP MAKING EXCUSES AND WOULD NEVER EVER FUND OUR ACCOUNT WITH MONEY, THE BRAND WE PROMOTED WAS 'ARKET' MAYBE THEY'RE A SCAMMER TO BECAUSE THE MANAGER KEEP ON SAYING THAT THE MERCHANT IS NOT PROVIDING WITH FUNDS TO THEM. IN 2021 I STARTED AND IN JUNE 2022 I STOPPED PROMOTNG BRAND BECAUSE THEY NEVER GIVE A SINGLE PENNY. TOTAL SCAM PLEASE DON'T GET YOURSELF AFFILIATED PLEASE.

I have been using Brandreward for many years.
The account manager looks for the brands I'm asking, the payment is sometimes a little late, but they always pay me.
If you have some specifics needs to implement their solution, it's possible that they create an unique solution for your site.

Please note that brandreward is a scam as far as am concerned. They keep taking charges from my account for Shein which I canceled and keep claiming that it's cancel, however these charges are still been withdraw. I try reaching out several times but keep getting the run around.

I've been scammed by this company whether it be a legit company not sure. They placed several misleading ads on different social platforms, in hopes of becoming a brand advisor/influencer yet they deduct illegally from your account a weekly newsletter fee and registration fee in lieu of winning a 750$ gift card yet no mention of a competition. So becareful of these scammers

Disappointed received written confirmation of cancelation yet they still deduct money monthly. Unlawful and not to be trusted!

I am a publisher of Brandreward since July 2020. I first tried them out with a few referrals, and the commission payments went through without problems initially.

Pleased with the initial results, I used their referral links extensively in my web assets, including blogs and social media fan pages with more than 250k followers. However, as the commission payment accumulated to a large amount, I noticed they were not settling the payments anymore even after their NET90 payment period.

I contacted them repeatedly about the issue. First, they said they changed the affiliate network partner on their side but did not notify me in advance. Later, they said my referral click-through rate is very high and asked me to provide proof (which I did). After a while, they said their director is out of town and could not answer me. And now, they do not even bother to reply to me anymore. It was a super frustrating and time-wasting experience to communicate with them, not to mention the money down the drain.

From Aug 2020 to May 2021, the total pending commission payment is US$3,025.60. During this period, I also noticed they closed down their Hong Kong office.
