Same experience as others. Ordered from them and never received item. Called several times and left messages. Emailed customer service and got the automated response about the item being out of stock but it just came in and will be shipped immediately but it isn't. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they refunded the charge and took it from there. Do not order from this sham of a company.

As others have said found out it was a scam the hard way over a week and a half of frustrating experience while leaving they were actually going to ship my product or communicate with me, of which they did neither.

I am now in a worst position of having to start my order all over with another company, pay for shop time for my car to sit and wait for this part that never came, and file a dispute with my bank over the merchant charge.

Wish I knew this going in, I totally believed the website

99% chance you will not receive your parts!! I did not check reviews before ordering. nothing more than common thieves! will not answer emails or phone messages because they will not answer in person!!

Order from them last year. I sent email regarding wrong size of item ordered said they will give me refund and stopped all communication. Very bad service and scam company.

Company took my $119.00 out of my credit card but never delivered what I ordered. Provided no tracking number, called and emailed many times but never got a response. The company is a total scam These are the facts.

Ordered some lug nuts for my buddy who has a custom wheelchair equipped van five days ago. All seemed fine and I should have received a shipping confirmation. Instead I get a "your order has been updated" email. They canceled my order. Zero explanation, they have no phone number, and all I see now is old 5 star reviews and recent 1 star. I emailed them and like everyone else, zero response. Horrible company!

Total scam. Never received order. No response to calls or emails. Stay away!

I ordered car door color samples 4 weeks ago an still haven’t received them. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Very disappointed in the way they operate !!

Zero Customer support, automated email response, can not speak to any type of human.

I ordered lugnuts from them. I never heard anything from them. After emails to them, they finally responded that these were out of stock with no delivery date. They asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund. NOPE! I've emailed 3 more times asking for my money back. How are they allowed to steal from us? How are they allowed to continue as a business. They will NOT even respond to my emails. They stole my money. Very poor.

BBB rated:F. I'm also concerned because like so many I have not seen a tracking number, and emails are not returned. This place is located S of Portland OR. Not a big surprise that this company is flakey. Probably won't see product and wished I had read reviews first about how unprofessional and criminal this company is. Update: Heard back and no product, offered refund but I had to cancel my card for fraud right after this purchase. Someone charged $1150 to my account for Go Fund Me. I have a sneaky suspicion

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered something from this company, received one confirmation email for order, never received a follow up tracking email with no number and you can't look it up on the website without it. It's been almost a month and nothing. Called nothing. Emailed 5 times, no response. Don't know how this business is still operational. Embarrassing!!! 2-5 days shipping!! Yeah right

Horrible company. Charged my paypal account for some auto lug nuts and never bothered to send them. i have reached out countless times with no replies, whatsoever. Only email i ever got was that they ahd received my order, yet nothing more. Don't bother wasting your time trying to buy anything from them. F- as a grade.

Did not get my parts. I got an email with purchase confirmation. I never received a tracking number. I sent numerous emails and did not get any response. I called the customer support contact number they have and left multiple messages with my number and still no response. I am a few hour drive from the so called headquarters and its been 30 days since purchase. Buy at your own risk.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and will not communicate with you via phone or email. You will not receive your product!

I ordered wheel studs 3 months ago and they never shipped, so I sent an email to customer service and no response, followed up with a few more emails and eventually they said 2 weeks to delivery

I ordered 2 different orders on 5/19 and 5/20 as of this date 6/01 this company HAS NOT SHIPPED items, HAS NOT provided tracking numbers (as I placed BOTH orders UPS) will NOT answer calls WILL NOT even respond to voice mails I left (5 times). WILL NOT ANSWER emails as they suggest best to get answered on/from. TOTAL B.S. This company is ripping not ONLY me but others. I have contacted B.B.B. and it seems they did NOT respond to B.B.B. either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you like to lose money

Placed order for body side molding on March 10. Website indicated item was in stock and would ship on next business day. I have not received my order as of April 9. In the last week I've left 2 voicemails and sent 1 email to customer service requesting tracking information, but have received no response, despite their claim of responding to such inquiries within 24 hours.

Terrible!!! Ordered a set of locks for my wheels on 3/23, 7 days later and 2 e-mails, called left message also with no response! I have a claim in with Paypal now for a set of $22.00 locks! This is ridiculous, if I did this to our customers where I work, I would be fired and we would have no clients! Stay away, prices are great, but it's always too good to be true!!
