When the parcel arrived it looked like it’d been lobbed about. No care in the packaging at all. The clothes themselves felt cheap, nothing like the photos on the site. Sizes were all over the place too – ordered a medium, and it could’ve passed for an XL.
Ordered 2 nightdresses and they were huge so sent them back. Paid for RM postage label and got confirmation the item was delivered back. Emailed re refund - silence. Emailed again - silence. Its a fraud. Avoid!!!
Ordered two items in different sizes as were unsure on right size. Liked the product but needed to return the one that was the wrong size. Requested to return by email and got confirmation of request which stated would be contacted once request reviewed. 3 days later and no response so sent a second email. 3 days later still no response. Managed to find a phone number so rang and was told the 'right' people were out to lunch and might be back for 2.30pm. Rang again later, no answer.
Notified item out of stock week after ordering- and only told when delivery was queried, leaving it too late to order replacement gift.
