This company refuses to cooperate in any way. They break the law at every opportunity and, in league with major corporate clients, drive immigrants—who have neither funds nor income—into debt. They refuse to set up payment plans, thereby exploiting those with limited language skills. They claim to be merely a debt collection agency, yet they profit from usury and the exploitation of the financially vulnerable. They refuse to even refer the debts to a bailiff, because doing so would put an end to their bloodthirsty and aggressive collection tactics. Report all their cases and collection practices to the Consumer Ombudsman!!!
