order recieved in 48h, complete, in good state
I received the pack within 48 hours, command was complete. The carton was a bit embossed but the contain was well protected. Just the yeast wasn't packed with a cold pack but this was no problem in the end.

Lack of Customer Service.
1 advertising prices, and then raising them after the order is placed.
2 providing faulty tracking code.
3 not answering request about order status.
4 causing a brewing batch waste by not fulfilling the order in good time, even though a request was made.
In short, No customer service to speak of.

Fast and good quality products
Fast and good quality products. However, the liquid yeast was not shipped cooled and therefore did not arrive very well. Rest was perfect though.
