Every time I tell myself that this is the last time.
The last time I ordered exactly one year ago.
Then there were also problems with delivery, my parcel took four weeks.
A year has passed, I thought I’ll order one more time, maybe something has changed for the better in a year.

and don’t write to me that it’s the delivery service’s fault.

Brewing Workshop for 20 people
For a company training we organized a brewing day for 20 people. The braumarkt staff was very well organized and we all had a great day, learning but also having fun.
My only improvement would be to improve ventilation in the room, as with 5 kettles boiling it was very warm and humid even with the windows open.
Beside the brewing academy, the shop has an extensive range of ingredients and equipment, and they also have beautiful hop merch

Order issue & bad after-sale services
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have ordered several items on 16/01/24 and did receive some within regular shipping time. The rest of the order still hasn't been shipped to this day 19/03/24.
I first sent messages complaining about this issue. I wasn't satisfied with the customer service which did not answer to some of my emails. It also still didn't solve the issue as I am still waiting for the rest of the order
For this kind of issue, I would expect a commercial gesture.

One-stop shop for home brewing
I will give a 5 stars because I can see a huge improvement recently: there is way more stock than before, the implementation of their Academy is very nice (though don't forget about us, the not-yet-Dutch-speakers :D), new brands products being added, fast delivery... anyway, they are now my go-to shop, were I used to buy from Belgium before. Thank you for all of the effort! it's been noticed :)

Company ships to select countries only…
Company ships to select countries only “as they’ve had problems with other destinations in the past” they only use DHL. The country I am in has DHL and it’s sandwiched between all the other countries they ship to… Will they ship to mine? No. (Is it down to problems? Probably not, more like the small country was just overlooked)
I got the package rerouted to a pickup point just over the border, only to have the package rerouted somewhere else as the “destination information provided wasn’t complete”… seemingly there was a mixup between my name and the location name of the pick up point… maybe if the company/carrier could get name, surname and pick up point information sorted correctly there would be less problems, delivering packages.
Company reply is that they used my label as I provided… when I finally received the package (after dealing with blocked roads from striking French farmers, (great way to spend a Saturday afternoon)) i note label read true… So what’s more likely: me mixing my name and surname with a supermarket parcel drop off point or the company/carrier?
Regardless, that in itself wasn’t the point being made. The point is to be found in the 1st paragraph.
Regarding contents of package. Zero complaints. Would I order again? Hard question. Delivery was a real hassle, but at present I’ve not found any other options.
