Really nice store with a large selection of the Brava collection, which is high quality and with great designs. Customer service was very good with staff getting multiple alternative sizes and giving me their opinion about fit of clothes. Highly recommended!

I was really excited to finally visit one of their physical stores during a trip to Madrid, and after eyeing their shirts for a while. I took one with me, but after getting home, I realized I needed a different size (total mistake on my part). My situation was a bit tricky since I live abroad.

Still, the team (shoutout to Julio!) was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to offer me a smooth and generous solution. Everything felt personal, easy, and genuinely caring, something that’s rare to find these days.

Brava has turned me into a crazy collector of their short-sleeved summer shirts :_( It's hard to escape: production to proven ethical standards, quality fabric and stitching, perfect materials for the heat, cool style that always makes me stand out at international work conventions where, as a PR person, it suits me perfectly. Let's start by acknowledging the problem: yes, I'm a crazy Brava's short-sleeved shirts :_( and I'm only doing this review to enter the €300 raffle and buy more shirts. My God, what have I become.

I liked the service I received from the saleswoman, but I think the women's clothing sizes are out of line with reality. I bought an XL, and I'm actually a size S-M in all other brands.

Great creativity applied to very simple and classic outfits. Fabric are of excellent quality while the design is cool and up to date. Garments are often provided in large range of alternative colors.
